My career in information technology began in 1992 as a junior systems analyst working in the early days of Microsoft DOS, Windows, and Windows NT. By 1994, I was a full-time systems administrator managing several local area networks for small businesses located in Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego counties.
In 1998, I became a member of the data engineering team at The Boeing Company in the Space Systems Division in Huntington Beach, CA, where I remained until the program relocated to Colorado in 2008. In the years following I continued working in technology as a freelance IT consultant, while my wife and I started a family. In 2012 I launched my own IT support company, eHelpdesk Now.
My ability to troubleshoot is a key strength, allowing me to quickly analyze a problem and determine a solution. I am meticulous, well organized, and proficient at implementing advances in business technology.
